    I ordered twice from them recently, from my home in Florida for my family in Ohio. Both times, on line and by phone , and it was an excellent experience. Audra was very sweet and understanding. The floral arrangements were beautifully done.. They were both delivered same day. I highly recommend this floral shop , and will absolutely order again from them in future.     it was very pretty setup however the boquet i received did not match the ones i order it was missing the ribbon around the vase the flowers were very pretty the delivery was great but it was missing the ribbon around the vase which i was pretty upset about for how much i paid for them esepcially when the picture presents a ribbon and i did not recieve
